Cancellation Policy
I will always respect your time, all I ask is the same in return. To protect myself and my business I will have these policies in place:
- Arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a $10 charge added to your service.
-Arriving 15+ minutes late to your appointment will be considered a No Call / No Show and will result in a payment of 100% of services booked, charged to the card on file, you will also be required to pay a $20 deposit before rescheduling.
- Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will require you to pay 50% of the services booked.
-Canceling within 12 hours of your appointment will require you to pay 100% of the services booked.
